When I returned from abroad in March 2025, I showed the shirts at the cash counter to an elderly lady. She said the items would be checked by their quality controller and that I’d receive feedback. After 3 days, they refused the complaint saying the exchange period is only 14 days. The way the lady spoke was very disrespectful and arrogant, which was extremely disappointing for a loyal customer. A store should treat every customer with honesty and respect. This experience truly changed my perception of the brand. I hope management looks into the behaviour of the staff and the defective products that were not accepted for return.
