The staff at Pant Project is extremely cooperative, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire process. Their service and customer assistance are excellent. One suggestion for improvement would be to maintain a wider range of fabric swatches at the store, as it would make material selection much easier and more convenient for customers. Additionally, keeping all sizes available for trial would help customers make more informed decisions regarding fit and comfort. Other than these suggestions, everything was great. Overall, a very good experience, and I would definitely recommend them.

The Bandra shop is very small. Limited collection of trousers. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent stuff. Am a first time customer. The delivery time for any alterations is quite high (average of 3/4 days) Not the best. The store certainly needs 2/3 trial rooms !
