Had such a lovely experience at Pernia’s new Santacruz store ✨ A special mention to Rudra and Kripa for being incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. They really took the time to understand my requirements, helped me get clarity on the right fits and styles for me, and guided me so well around the store. What I appreciated the most was that the entire experience never felt uncomfortable or rushed at all. I was able to explore everything at ease as per my requirements, and they ensured nothing went unnoticed. It genuinely felt like warm, personalised service rather than just shopping. I had such a wonderful experience at Pernia, and a huge part of that was thanks to Alifa! From start to finish, she was attentive, responsive, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. She answered all our questions in a timely manner, made sure the outfits were ready when we needed them, and guided us through the alteration process so smoothly — we always felt like we were in great hands. I absolutely loved how the outfits turned out! I wouldn't hesitate to come back to Pernia, and I'll definitely be asking for Alifa again. Highly recommend her if you're looking for someone who truly goes above and beyond!

Had such a lovely experience shopping at Pernia! The store itself is absolutely massive! Around 40,000 sq ft and having so many designers under one roof makes the entire shopping experience so convenient and seamless. What truly stood out though was the staff. Everyone was incredibly sweet, patient, and attentive. A special mention to Dimple, who really helped me throughout the experience. She spent almost 3 hours with me, walking me around the entire store, understanding exactly what I was looking for, and helping me pick the right fits for me without ever making me feel rushed. They were also so warm and hospitable. They even treated me to avocado sev puri, chaat, and sandwiches, all of which were absolutely delicious! Overall, such a comfortable, luxurious, and enjoyable shopping experience. Highly recommend visiting if you’re looking for designer wear with amazing service.

Absolutely loved the collection at the store—there’s a great variety and something for every occasion. What truly stood out was the warmth and helpfulness of the staff. A special mention to the stylist, Dishi Jain, who was incredibly sweet and attentive—almost like a younger sister guiding me through the process. She helped me pick the perfect outfit and ensured that the fittings were absolutely spot on. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely recommend this store!!

I had such a lovely shopping experience at Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop (Mumbai - Bandra, Linking Road). A special shoutout to Zishan, who was incredibly patient and attentive. He took the time to walk me through all three floors of the store, really understanding what I was looking for. He helped me explore a variety of options and suggested different looks and styles. He made some really good recommendations which I ended up loving, this made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. Also, a big thank you to Rachana, who stepped in and helped refine the selections. She added that extra layer of guidance helping me narrow things down, giving honest feedback, and ensuring everything came together beautifully. I ended up picking two outfits and a pair of shoes that I absolutely love. The service felt very personal, not pushy at all, and genuinely focused on helping me find what works best. Highly recommend the store and if you can, do ask for Zishan and Rachana!
