This is to inform you that i have given 10 blank cheques for mode swapping to Yash Bhanushali 3 months ago and having my sign on it. But i have cancelled the mode swapping request and also cancelled the NACH Request. But the the Nach Request amount is now debited from my account. I have not yet received my blank cheques from Virar Office till now. The responsibility is of Yash Bhanushali who is the staff of Virar Office and i have hand over him my 10 blank cheques along with my sign. If anything wrong or fraud happened then Virar staff will be responsible for it and will file a complaint regarding this matter. I'm not getting my cheques from last 3 months and the staff is also not responding my calls and msgs.

Third class customer care service. I have made payment again my personal loan foreclosure on 31st Jan 2026 and still struggling to get closure NDC and refund of my excess payment. Every time when I call customer care service there is new requirement of documents though already shared through mail to complete process and fake assurance of closure of personal loan. Foreclosure process is very pathetic that it takes more than 20 days. Other loan lender's foreclosure process is much much better, advance and hassle free. I advise not to take loan from this finance company
