I paid a login fee of ₹3,540 towards the mortgage loan application, as advised by your representative, Mr. Jaidev Shinde kalyan mumbai branch. At the time of payment, it was expressly represented that in the event of loan rejection, the login fee would be refunded. Despite repeated follow-ups through calls and messages, there has been no response, no written communication, and no clarity provided regarding the status of the loan application or the refund of the login fee. I will be filing a complaint.

My experience with Easy Finance Delhi branch was very bad. First, they asked me to pay file charges for processing the loan. After taking the money, they did not provide the loan and later they asked me to pay again for further processing. This is very disappointing and unprofessional behavior. If the loan cannot be approved, they should not ask customers to keep paying more charges. Communication was also very poor and they did not give any clear solution. I feel this is misleading and people should be careful before dealing with Easy Finance Delhi branch.
