The owner is rude and not open to suggestion or feed back .we ordered ghee podi thatte idli and rawaa masala..... it was oily and hard and chewy....idli was hard and chutney was not fresh with no taste ..i wonder are the reviews paid...such pathetic food how one can even think of eating such food. Very sad waste of time and money . The owner charged us inpsite of having just one bite out of both the dishes ... The bottle water we took is not original thr plastic of bottle was cheap quality...overall i would suggest think 10 times ..

Crispiest Masala dosa Iโve had in years! Perfectly roasted with just the right amount of ghee that added flavour without feeling too heavy. The chutney was fresh and delicious, and the filter coffee was absolutely top notch. Simple food done really well. Definitely coming back for another round soon!

Benne dosa was just amazingly crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside. Best one I've ever had. The sambar and the chutneys were nice too.

This was a company audit done today by me and we posed as customers. Too many complains. Owners can take this as an advise in order to improvise. 1. Don't play music so loud that visitors find it difficult to talk. And if at all music is played don't connect your paytm payment notification tones and phone call rings on the same player. It's really annoying to hear your phone ringtones on speakers and also I'm not interested to know how much my next table person is paying. 2. Put curtains in the ac room. Ac cooling effect will be more and also too much harsh sun light coming inside. It's good if you have greenery outside. There you just have scorching sun. So better cover the glass. 3. When you have sugar packets on the table, then why waiter is asking wether we want with sugar or without sugar. It's improper customer service training. Train the waiters. 4. Make sure the menu has basic things. Being a south Indian Brahmin cafe if you don't have idli, it's not right. You have thatte idli but keep steamed idlis too. 5. Right after bill amount was received, the waiter immediately asked us - "aapka hogaya kya" he din't even wait for a second to ask this question which was unexpected and rude. Again lack of customer service skills. Respect your customers. 6. The staircase is too narrow and I understand. The interiors are nice. Place is well utilised. Hats off to that but when customers are already climbing down and waiter can see it, he should step down, he stood there like a pillar and we had to literally sqeeze and go through him and pass downwards. He should realise manners when there are female customers. These small and simple things make huge difference. There may be customers who don't bother about all this but even 1% of dissatisfaction should not exist in any business. Thank you !
