I had a very good experience at KLS Hospital. I had a serious accident where a bus injured my leg finger and it was cut into two parts. It happened on a Sunday, and it was an emergency situation. At that time many doctors were not available and I was very worried and panicked. One of my family members suggested KLS Hospital. I had never visited this hospital before, but in that difficult situation I decided to go there. When I arrived, the receptionist was extremely helpful and supportive. She treated me like a family member and immediately tried to help. Even though the doctor was not available at the hospital at that moment, she contacted Dr. Amol Sadiwalla for me. I spoke with Dr. Amol Sadiwalla on the phone and explained my situation. He calmly told me not to worry and assured me that he would take care of everything. His confidence and kindness gave me a lot of trust and relief. Soon after, my surgery was performed successfully. I am currently in the healing stage and recovering well. Whenever I visit for follow-ups, the doctor and the hospital staff treat me with great care and respect. I truly appreciate the behavior of the doctor and the entire hospital team. Everyone at KLS Hospital is very supportive, professional, and caring. I am very thankful for the treatment and help I received during such a difficult time.
