I’ve never walked away empty-handed; somehow, I always find a title that speaks to me. The affordability is a gift, especially when so much around us keeps getting more expensive. That said, I’ve heard whispers—and felt a hint myself—of the staff being a little curt or unwelcoming at times. It doesn’t happen often, but it’s there.
