Crossword truly lives up to its name. The cosy, welcoming atmosphere creates a sense of calm that is rare in a busy airport setting. When the mind is relaxed, even long hours of waiting for a flight feel shorter, at least mentally. It is a pleasant space to unwind, browse, and gather your thoughts before a journey. I believe many travellers will agree that it adds a comforting touch to the airport experience.
