Absolute nonsense! They do not know how to treat regular customers and they do not understand valued customer's needs. Very rude and weird owners! Probably, it's ancestors' business and the young generation is not interested in the business. Will never go to this useless shop.

I want a book for grammar but the bookshop owner refused to give it to me and told me you have to buy the whole set. I have allready bought other books so why he don't give me only grammar book.
