I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding the service provided by Aavas Financiers. Despite my best efforts to cooperate, I have been facing issues with the closure of my loan account. As per our agreement, I had paid Rs. 34,000 towards the loan closure, and the outstanding amount was Rs. 8,34,000. However, your team is now demanding an additional amount, bringing the total to Rs. 8,60,000, without providing any clear explanation. I find this sudden change unacceptable and feel that it is causing undue hardship to me. Despite multiple visits to your office over the past three months, the issue remains unresolved. I am still paying EMI, and the continuous running around is causing significant inconvenience. I request you to look into this matter urgently and assist me in closing my loan account. I would appreciate it if you could provide a detailed breakdown of the revised amount and clarify the reasons for the change.

Extremely bad communication. Did part payment of principal amount two months back by selling my house, still not updated giving nasty reasons. No statement being given saying not in our policy...need to pay charges every now and then...demanding 596/- for even loan statement..which every other bank gives free of cost. Have been charged for their followups for EMI. They only know follow up of EMIs as if goons.
