Very disappointing experience with Basic Home Loan. My initial inquiry was made on 15 May 2026. I submitted my loan application and uploaded all the required documents on 23 May 2026. Despite providing everything on time, my case was logged only on 1 June 2026. I was assured that the sanction letter would be issued shortly thereafter. However, as of 6 June 2026, I have still not received any update regarding my application or the expected timeline for the sanction letter. The biggest concern is the complete lack of communication and accountability. Initially, Abhishek Pathak was assigned to handle my case, but I was later informed that he had left the organization. I was then directed to contact Dileep Vishwakarma, but despite multiple attempts, I have received no response from him either. No one is taking ownership of the case, and there is no clear point of contact. Customers are left chasing updates without any support, transparency, or timely communication. I expected a professional and customer-focused service, but unfortunately my experience has been the opposite. I request the management team to improve communication, accountability, and customer service standards so that other customers do not face similar issues. Application ID: B00XMOX
