Wonderful hospital overall, and Dr. Patil is fantastic. My wife had a normal delivery, and throughout labor they continuously monitored the baby's heart rate, which gave us confidence that both mother and baby were safe. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the baby was repeatedly taken away from us for bathing, blood tests, vaccinations, and other routine procedures. While I understand these procedures are necessary, as a new and somewhat anxious family, it was not a pleasant feeling to have our newborn taken to a separate room without being able to see what was happening. Some hospitals have a glass viewing area or perform these procedures in front of the parents, which provides additional reassurance. Another area for improvement would be post-delivery guidance. As first-time parents, we would have appreciated more practical demonstrations, such as how to bathe and handle the baby at home. That said, the staff were very kind, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. Overall, we had a positive experience and would highly recommend Dr. Patil and the hospital. We would definitely consider coming back here if we were blessed with a second child in the future.

The sparsh maternity home is bestest hospital i would recommend to all pregnant mummys without hesitation. I never thought that my 1st delivery will be so smooth and normal but here under the guidance of Dr.Shobha patil and her team really helped me throughout from the day of OPD to till discharge at each & every movement the sparsh maternity team really helped alot Dr.Shobha & Dr. Bushra really encouraged me for normal delivery and suppourted me and my family members throughout the procedure and made us understand each and everything. Dr.shobha has such positive aura that literally made me feel calm and she is a healer. Its like second home, the staff is so polite calm &professional. Our experience at Sparsh maternity Hopsital was just like going to an another home for a medical Treatment... From the first day of enquiry till discharge the whole process was so well managed and calm that neither the Patient nor the relative had to worry for any single task. Our First intention and hope was a normal delivery and we were assured for the same. The hospital is so clean and well maintained its an clear example of a good hygiene to be provided for a mother and a new born child. Dr. Bushra is truly a Doctor in need is a doctor in deed there are no words to express the gratitude towards her. Sparsh hospital is owned by Dr. Shobha Patil but she is deeply connected with each and every patients medical history and is always available at hospital for any challenges as well as medical Support.
