My experience with hospital was very amazing. Dr kritika was very helpful through out my pregnancy journey.. she is always available whenever we need . She give priority to their patients. Here u will feel like someone is taking care of u like home...its more than hospital.. all the staff are very supportive and problem solving . They always stand there to serve u best. I would recommend this hospital and dr kritika pandey to every women's. Most impressive is they not charging much even after knowing mediclaim . I had a very good experience with this maternity home. My wife's pregnancy was a high risk one since she was a type 2 diabetic but the way Dr. Kritika Pandey handled her pregnancy and kept her on proper medications helped her to have a safe delivery. Hats off to the staff members for being so patient and responsive to our needs right from the start till the end of the delivery. My wife had to visit the hospital after her delivery for over a month for the dressing because of her diabetes since the healing was slow. The staff handled that also very well without being rude even once. Thanks to Dr. Kritika and her staff for all that they did for us.

I am truly grateful to Matritva Women’s Hospital and especially to Dr. Kritika Pandey for the excellent care provided to my wife. Dr. Kritika Pandey is a highly professional and experienced doctor. My wife’s case was quite complicated, and she handled it with great expertise and confidence. She performed a very challenging cesarean operation successfully. What I truly appreciate is that she always tries her best to support normal delivery whenever possible, but in our case, due to medical reasons, surgery was necessary. The best thing about Dr. Kritika is her friendly and calm nature. She handles every case with patience and enthusiasm, which really helps patients and their families stay relaxed during difficult situations. Because of her positive attitude, we never felt panicked or stressed. The hospital staff is also excellent. The nurses took care of every small detail during admission and treatment. The support staff and maids were very caring and attentive towards the baby. They ensured proper feeding and handled everything with love and responsibility. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Matritva Women’s Hospital to anyone looking for safe and caring maternity services. Thank you once again to Dr. Kritika Pandey and the entire team. 🙏
