Giselle was really helpful in completing our loan closure process. Would highly recommend her for any assistance.
I had a very bad experience with Trufinance. Since the loan was approved i have not received any updates. The sales representative, Mr. Asif Khan, does not answer my calls, and I never receive a call back from his side. It has been 15 months since I took the loan. I called to request a loan statement, but there has been no update on that either. Once the loan is disbursed, do you forget the customer? Very, very bad service.

Giselle. Good service. One suggestion i want to give As i requested for my ac statement and for that thing your bank is asking for a period of 5 days which i think is against the basic rights of a customer
