I had a very bad experience with this branch. I deposited money, but deposit charges were deducted. When I spoke to the bank manager, he told me that the process had been completed and that I would receive half of the amount the next day and the remaining half after one month. However, even after one month, I did not receive the amount. When I visited the branch again, the manager spoke to me very rudely. He said, "If you hadn't received the amount, you should have come earlier. Why did you come so late? If you had come earlier, you would have received it sooner." When I asked when I would receive the amount now, he repeated the same thing—that half would be credited the next day and the remaining half after one month. He even gave me his phone number and told me to call or message him if I didn't receive it. But now he neither answers my calls nor replies to my messages. The bank itself is good, but the service at this branch is very poor. If anyone is planning to open an account, I would not recommend doing it at this branch. They treat you politely in the beginning, but later they become rude and unhelpful.
