We had a wonderful and memorable experience at Tail-Town Beyond Boarding for our dog, Grace. Even though it was a short stay, the team kept us updated with every minute detail, which really gave us peace of mind. One of the best parts was being able to see Grace through the live camera — he looked calm, relaxed, and genuinely happy. This meant a lot to us, especially since he usually doesn’t mingle easily with strangers. It was clear that the caretakers made him feel safe and comfortable. Leaving my two dogs at a boarding facility for the first time felt a bit like dropping kids at school on day one, anxiety level 100. But the team here made it so easy. The facility is fantastic, clean, spacious, and clearly designed with pets in mind. The staff is extremely polite and professional, but what really won me over was how genuinely caring they are. They didn’t just “check in” my dogs, they interviewed me about them. Food habits, moods, quirks, routines… they wanted to know everything so they could give them the best stay possible. And the biggest blessing? Instant CCTV access as soon as boarding started. Being able to spy on my own dogs (lovingly, of course) was a huge relief. I must have checked it more than they checked on my dogs. I dropped them off nervous and picked them up happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. That says everything. If you’re a pet parent in Vasai who struggles with guilt while boarding your babies, this place will genuinely put your heart at ease. Highly recommend. 🐾
