Don’t go here they are scammers, I faced suspected short-fueling, overcharging, and staff misconduct at a petrol pump in Mumbai (Vasai East). The meter did NOT start from zero and was already showing ~1 litre when filling began. Details: Amount: ₹415.80 Fuel shown: 3.99 litres Rate charged: ₹104/litre Today’s petrol rate is ₹103.59, but I was charged ₹104. They also did NOT provide a proper machine-generated bill and only gave a Paytm payment receipt. When I questioned and asked to show zero, the staff started shouting instead of resolving the issue. I had a disappointing experience at this petrol pump today. I asked the attendant to fill petrol worth ₹3000, but he initially filled only ₹300 and claimed he misheard me. He then said he would continue for the remaining ₹2700. However, I was carefully watching the meter and noticed that it resumed from ₹300 instead of resetting to zero. When he stopped at ₹2700, he claimed the total amount was completed, which was clearly incorrect. After I confronted him and pointed out what I observed, he hesitated but eventually corrected it and filled the full ₹3000. This raises serious concerns about transparency and honesty. I strongly advise others to stay alert and always ensure that the meter is reset to zero before fueling. Keep a close eye during the entire process—otherwise, there is a real risk of being misled or overcharged.
