I would like to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding the night shift employees at one of your petrol pumps. It has been observed that late at night, the employees stop providing petrol to regular customers, claiming that fuel is unavailable. However, at the same time, they are allegedly engaging in unethical and illegal practices. They are calling their friends, siphoning petrol from vehicles, storing it in bottles, and later selling it in the black market. Additionally, they are filling fuel in their friends’ vehicles without any restriction. Today, I witnessed an incident where a person brought his scooty on foot as it had run out of fuel. Instead of helping, one of the employees behaved rudely, used abusive language, and refused to provide petrol, falsely stating that the fuel was finished. Such behavior is highly unprofessional and damages the reputation of your organization. I request you to kindly investigate this matter and take strict action against the concerned staff.
