The gym is good however few things that needs to be fixed. 1st) the changing room needs to have mirror and proper lighting so that you can take post workout progress photos. 2nd) Gym needs to be open atleast until 11:30 Pm in the night. 3rd) I don't understand the need to write in/out time on the gym register, its just very old fashioned.

Don’t fall for the positive reviews. They are all fake. I had an extremely disappointing experience at Workout World. The equipment is outdated and poorly maintained, making my workouts far from enjoyable. The gym is always overcrowded and congested. The owner and receptionist are shockingly rude and clearly lack customer service skills. Despite their subpar facilities, they have the audacity to charge premium rates. I must mention Sheetal, who is utterly lacking in manners and professionalism and is the most pathetic receptionist I have come across. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs. They are greedy and have zero consideration for old clients as well. They hiked up personal training rates by a whopping 60% overnight. Steer clear of this gym – it's not worth the headache or the expense. Furthermore, it's clear that the folks at Workout World have completely missed the memo that their gym is functional because of their customers. Instead, they display an arrogant and dismissive attitude towards paying clients. No matter how fancy the name may sound, it's the customer experience that truly matters, and Workout World clearly does not care about that
