During emergency the hospital number given on google in not responsive. Please update the contact details. At 11pm as a 24hr emergency care hospital, we tried to contact every possible number but there was no response

A word of advice "All the 5 star reviews seem to be paid" as only the people visiting her would know the actual facts. If it was possible to give negative stars it would had been a negative 5 star. The service of the hospital is pathetic, they dont care about the patient neither they care about the condition of the patient. What they really want is money, they will call you 4 times in a day for payments even if it is a small amount of 5 thousand against whatever amount you pay.. be it in lakhs (which was in my case). I had already paid around 80 thousand and always received call for payment followups to make payments. The main part they cant handle patients, they will allow the health to deteriorate and when it is out of their hands they will tell to shift the patient to a better, big and good hospital (which in my case was Lilavati). The cardiac ambulance and doctor was wating with the stretcher for the patient to be shifted, but the lady on the reception was doing her procedures very slowly. For which i told her i am here at the reception for the payment you plz allow yo shift the patient her condition is getting worse but she didnt not listen. After the whole paper work process (which was only making the bill ready and getting it printed) was finished she took the payment and then informed to shift the patient from the hospital bed to the stretcher. Also they dont have a complaint register, which i took this platrom to share and inform others I would strongly suggest avoiding this hospital. Only visit here for general health problems
