My dad was admitted here on the day of Rangapanchami. Dr. Dedhia has been extremely helpful and patiently explained all the procedures and medications. The nursing staff has been very attentive and caring throughout his stay. The food provided is good, though a slight improvement would make it even better. I would like to thank all the doctors, nurses, and support staff for taking such good care of my dad.

Today I came to Mumbai and it reminded me of this hospital. In 2024 I admitted my sister here but forgot to write the review. So here it is. It was early morning and my sister had sudden pain in her stomach. Looking at the pain I was quite evident that it was due to stone. As we were near to Parakh hospital we reached there. As per doctor's advice ultrasound was done and as I thought it was due to stone only. We requested doctor to provide some medicine for getting relief from pain so that we can go back to Gwalior and we will take further treatment there as it is our hometown. But he insisted for getting admitted. Considering the pain we decided for getting admitted. They kept giving my sister injections and medicines for holding the pain. Also ran some other tests. After 24 hours they started insisting for surgery. We finally decided to get discharged from the hospital. The total expense that we had to pay for this 1 day was 30000/- Worse part was that immediately after the discharge the pain returned and my sister was still in the same situation as 1 day before. At last I went to a medical store nearby and told him about the pain. The medical store guy gave just 1 pill and with that medicine the entire pain vanished and my sister reached back Gwalior via train without any pain. In Gwalior she took homeopathy medicine treatment and in six months all the stones are gone without any surgery. So I'm not sure about how this hospital is at present but in October 2024 they literally looted us in just a single day. So beware.
