I had gone to dr. Rao for an enquiry.There was a nurse who could not see properly.she looked at my prescription for a minute, yet ahe still got the doctor 's name wrong and could not understand basic English words. I left from there because I felt scared ; how can I trust such a nurse ??? I was deeply frightened, which is why I left. I don't know how a doctor can keep nurses who are not able to see properly.

I was recently admitted here for a two-day stay for my stone removal surgery. Initially, I was a bit hesitant after reading some older reviews online. However, a trusted doctor informed me that the hospital management had changed recently and assured me I would have a better experience—and I’m glad to say he was absolutely right. From the moment I was admitted, I noticed a clear difference in the way staff interacted with patients and their families. The doctors were extremely polite, attentive, and made sure to check every small detail regarding my health. The nursing staff was equally impressive—always smiling, professional, and caring throughout my stay. What truly stood out was how frequently they checked on me after surgery—every 30 minutes, someone was there to ask how I was doing, which made me feel very well cared for. Another highlight was the hygiene. The hospital floors were spotless, and there was absolutely no unpleasant medicinal smell—something that’s often hard to avoid in hospitals. The housekeeping staff (especially the aunties) were doing an excellent job maintaining cleanliness at all times. The only reason I’m not giving a perfect experience is the billing process—it took a bit longer than expected. But apart from that, I had a very smooth, satisfying experience and felt that the care I received was truly worth it. Highly recommended!
