The interiors are beautiful and the restaurant has a nice setup, but the overall vibe felt a bit dull during my visit. While a few staff members were genuinely polite and welcoming, some came across as distant, making the service feel less warm than expected. I reordered a dish that I had enjoyed before, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to my previous experience. The service was efficient, but a little personal attention would have made a big difference as we were there for birthday dinner inspite informing them didn’t make a difference. Overall, it’s a good place with great and beautiful interiors, but a little more warmer hospitality experience would make it much more enjoyable.

Classic example of all show and no go. The service was miserable. Do not come here on weekends. We had to wait almost an hour the main-course. They are clearly understaffed. The food is also very average. There are far better places out there. Just a celebrity name of Gauri Khan will not work for this restaurant.

Gauri Khan's restaurant, expected to be a culinary haven, turned out to be a huge disappointment. The food was extremely average, with dishes like Guaca-chips served in a regular-box, fried in oil, and in ridiculously small portions. Considering the hype and the celebrity status, the lack of variety was shocking. When I asked about the absence of flavors like vanilla or coffee, the staff member had the audacity to say, "It's infused, maybe you're not getting it." The service was equally underwimming, making the entire experience a total letdown. Definitely not worth the hype or the price....

We girls recently went for a fixed menu lunch at Tori in Bandra, and it turned out to be a really enjoyable experience. The food was very good, with great flavours and well-balanced dishes. The portion sizes were more than sufficient and comfortably filling for one person, which made the set menu feel satisfying and worth it. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The place itself is beautiful, with tasteful décor and a calm, relaxed ambience. It is not too loud, which made it easy to talk and enjoy the meal without feeling rushed. The location is also very convenient and easy to get to. The service was warm and attentive throughout, and we felt well looked after without it feeling overdone. Overall, a lovely lunch experience with good food, a pleasant atmosphere, and thoughtful service. Definitely a place I would recommend and visit again.

The set lunch menu is pocket friendly and other dishes are priced as any hi end restaurant but you will get value for money . The menu is superb and food is served in style and each dish is tasty . Their signature dishes are worth a try katsu chicken sushi, spicy chicken gyoza . Signature steaks is a must try . Highly recommended for any special evenings or afternoon. Each time you will visit you will feel different and come out amazed and happy
