I am really happy with the service and facilities provided by Reliable. Their senior nurse, Sister Maya, is especially humble and polite with my parent. The other staff members are also very supportive.

I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding my mother's four-month stay. My mother is a bedridden brain stroke left full body paralysis patient, and upon her admission, I explicitly requested consistent physiotherapy and medication administration. However, a physiotherapist was unavailable for the entire second month of her stay. This unfortunately led to severe stiffness in the joints on her left side, causing significant mobility issues and pain that she continues to experience five months after discharge. While monthly bills were consistently issued on time, I frequently encountered significant issues with patient care, particularly concerning medication and other essential needs. This required my constant personal monitoring. I was especially troubled by Senior Nurse Neha's inability to understand medication names in English, even instructions in Marathi. Furthermore, the treatment of bedridden patients was alarming. Staff members, including "Mausi," would frequently scream at patients who requested assistance with basic needs such as diaper changes or water. My concerns also extend to billing practices. During admission, the payment terms were clearly communicated. However, at the time of discharge, additional charges were levied with various excuses, and attempts were made to attribute fault to us. While I acknowledge that self-mobilized patients may not experience these issues, I strongly believe that their facility is an unsuitable and detrimental environment for bedridden patients requiring nursing care and extended stays.

My mother in law stayed at this old age center. She required 24 hours care and physiotherapy. And I must say it was great experience. We are so happy and satisfied with their services. Staff is very friendly and helpful, though the patient is little nagging. Dr.sumer listen her patiently and make her comfortable with a smile without losing temper. Grt things about them is even they celebrate birthdays and festivals which make everyone happy. Thank you so much for being patient with our patient. Big thumbs up ๐ for you and your staff.
