Very bad service offered. Most google ratings and reviews are fake. Take the trial period before you book the services. Mr. Bhagat talks extremely sweet and will land the most customers into his trap. I'm an IT professional and I know how to generate false google ratings. I did not do any analysis before as I was away and we lost a big sum of money in this Nursing home. 06-06-2025 Dear Mr Bhagat, I read your response. Following is my feedback on your response: 1) You didn't advise my mother about the trial period of 7 days in which we can decide whether to continue to stay in your nursing home or not. It would have been easy if you had communicated this in advance. I think you did this on purpose to make money. 2) Entire 25000 (fees) +15000 (deposit) was taken from my mother on day 1 itself. As we were not happy with your services, we communicated to you on Day#3 itself. Neither the deposit nor some portion of monthly charges were refunded. This implies you are more interested in making money than providing nursing care. 3) My mother sought help from my neighbours to deal with you as you were not cooperating with her. If you want I can ask Mrs. Nimbalkar our neighbour to post her review on this matter. 4) You keep yourself in our position and think rationally whether it's justifying to charge 39,000 for 2 days stay? Hope all people will realize this soon.
