Love the spa . The spa facilities themselves are great, but the management by Mercy is incredibly frustrating. Despite being a paying member, getting an appointment is a nightmare. Every time I message for a booking, the response is a blunt, one-line "no slots available," with zero effort to suggest alternative times or booking for next day. Her communication is very poor—she rarely picks up calls, takes ages to reply on WhatsApp, and requires multiple follow-ups just to get a basic answer. She behaves more like an entitled owner than a manager who cares about customer service. What is the point of paying for a membership if you can’t actually book an appointment? The spa needs better management.

Worst customer service ever, generally, if you want to have appointment, if you’re a fresh walking, then they guide you. They concerned. They want to connect with you, but if you book a prior appointment once taken in the membership, then they start troubling you reach. Answer your calls, they will divert late. They will say they don’t know which therapist is available. They don’t even have. They have three branches and the receptionist are not connected to each other. Whenever you ask them that when is my therapist available? They won’t say they say that they don’t know where this therapist is the next day today. Tried booking an appointment and I asked my specific therapist, which was Jesse and I really she’s really good at a job, but the first place where I called, she said that oh no, my therapist is Available at other branch and the other Branch where I called Receptionist said that today there are no availabilities after telling that I am going to put a review on this. She says that 0I have a 8 PM slot available before that she said all the slots booked so first she lied second when I asked her tomorrow’s appointment for 2 PM, she says I will do it, but we cannot assure you if you wanted therapist available there, and then she argued with me for 20 minutes. She was like no. I don’t know where the therapist will be tomorrow. God knows she’ll be available or not, I’m thinking like that. I mean the customer service is the worst pathetic. The only good person I have met. Was Jesse the Best therapist apart from that everything else is bad will not take the membership. It’s a scam.
