Pathetic!!! Absolutely pathetic.... This guy on reception rudely behaves and hang up the call. When called 2nd time says that I call everyday and take information when actually I am making the call for the 1st time. Did not even trust me inspite of me confirming I am not the one he referring to.. No manners and extremely disappointing. Ratings are paid i believe.
