I m a new rental tanent took this flat on 25th March n I haven't connected the line yet and reading before I took the house was 00093(87)(4)which is the same now, obviously because I haven't used it yet but you have send me a fraud bill of 800 rupees on assumption which is highly unfair, I oppose for the same and I request you to cancel it. I have all the proofs with me. And I spoke to the customer executive mahek and she only confirm this bill has been made on assumption. And on one came to read the meter yet, last bill was paid in March, she says person come for reading in every 4 month, so how did u make the bill in 2nd month, without any useage. As my cunsumption is very very low, I hardly cook at home, so wanted to keep the connection but I am afraid you will do the scam again like how u did now. Your bill should generate on basis of accurate reading not basis of your assumptions. I request you to assure me to do the investigation because this is highly illigal an unethical. Please be honest. Bill should strictly generate on basis of reading.
