The Society Chairperson and Secretary are consistently biased in their decision-making, often favoring certain residents while ignoring the valid concerns of others. More concerning is the lack of basic professionalism; communication is often rude and dismissive. Instead of fostering a community, the leadership creates an atmosphere of hostility. I would advise anyone looking to move here to talk to current residents about the management style first.
