It’s one of the best project in Mumbai and off-course top in Mahim, best part is location, project plan, amenities and view. Project walkthrough, presentation and suggestions given by Mr Kushal Khanna made us convinced to consider the project and in addition to that very detailed explanation on every aspect of each flat was also provided. At last we met Mr Harpreet, the site head, who was phenomenal from all aspect of professional and personal, minute architecture and design level details with good deal were also given. We came back with happy deal and great connection with these two gentlemen. Looking forward for this amazing project delivery and relationship with L&T and team.

The project is good, and I have no complaints about the project. However, I do have to share a very disappointing experience I had when I visited a couple of days ago, and that is with respect to the Sales Manager at the site. I was directed to her for a query I had, and was asked to wait. She did come to the waiting area and Receptionist pointer her to me. However, the lady just turned away and started to walk back, without even acknowledging us. I grant that she might be too busy for our small query but she lacked the basic courtesies expected of a Sales Manager. I am an existing investor, but she had scant respect.
