Sun & Moon: A Hidden Gem for Authentic Korean Comfort If youโre craving a taste of Seoul that feels truly homemade, Sun & Moon is a fantastic find. It avoids the polished, corporate feel of many modern franchises, opting instead for a cozy, down-to-earth vibe that focuses entirely on the plate. The Food: Bold, Authentic, and Filling The menu is a love letter to Korean street food and classic staples. Here were the highlights of my meal: Korean Corn Dog: Hands down, one of the best Iโve had. It had that perfect golden crunch on the outside and was incredibly satisfying. A must-order if you're a fan of this snack. Tteokbokki: If you like a bit of a kick, this is for you. The sauce was spicy yet deeply savoury, with the rice cakes cooked to a perfect chewy consistency. Itโs the kind of heat that keeps you coming back for more. Bibimbap: This was a very hearty portion. While the flavor profile was a little on the bland side compared to the spicy tteokbokki, it was packed with a generous variety of fresh, crisp vegetables. The star here was the amazing sticky rice, which pulled the whole dish together. Itโs a great, filling option if you want something wholesome. Atmosphere and Service The restaurant itself is clearly a local favorite that has been around for a while. To be honest, the place is showing its ageโthe interior feels a bit dated and "lived-in." However, what it lacks in modern decor, it more than makes up for with soul and hospitality. The service was amazing; the staff were attentive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. There is also a small section where you can buy souvenirs, though the selection is a bit limited. Itโs a nice touch if you want to pick up a small trinket or a Korean snack to go, but don't expect a full gift shop experience. Final Thoughts Sun & Moon is perfect for those who prioritize authentic flavor and warm service over a fancy interior. Itโs honest, delicious Korean comfort food that leaves you full and happy. Iโll definitely be back for that corn dog!

โ"Consistently Excellent Korean BBQ!" โI have lost count of how many times Iโve visited this restaurant for their Korean BBQ pork belly, and the quality remains as high as ever. โOur server, Om Thapa, was exceptionally attentive, providing excellent dish recommendations and expertly handling the grill for us. It is truly a restaurant worth recommending, especially for the experience of having the BBQ prepared right at your table ("on the spot"). โA must-visit for Korean BBQ lovers!

The ambiance is warm and inviting, with subtle decor that reflects Korean culture without feeling overdone. The food truly stands out, fresh ingredients, balanced flavors, and beautifully presented dishes. The food was vibrant and satisfying, while the Korean fried chicken was perfectly crispy and flavorful. Service was attentive and friendly, with staff happy to guide us through the menu. A delightful place for both casual meals and special evenings.
