I ordered an Arrabbiata pasta and asked them to replace mushroom with another vegetable. Thatโs it. Not extra toppings, not some complicated off-menu request โ just replacing one vegetable. And honestly, calling that a โspecial customizationโ is ridiculous. Itโs pasta, not a five-course tasting menu. Also, I have genuinely never seen mushroom in an Arrabbiata pasta on any normal menu, so acting like removing it was some massive inconvenience was bizarre from the start. The pasta arrived completely dry, non-palatable, and barely edible, so I gave it 2 stars on the app. I didnโt even write a review initially. But apparently that was enough to trigger the owner into calling me at 11 PM to argue about why I gave a low rating. The entire call was just constant interruption, defensiveness, and repeated lectures about how they had gone โout of their wayโ for me by replacing one vegetable with another. If that is considered some massive favour, then maybe donโt offer it at all. Whatโs worse is the complete inability to take feedback. If you ask a customer what went wrong, at least let them speak instead of interrupting them every few seconds. In the restaurant business, bad food is still fixable. This kind of behaviour is what actually ruins the experience. Calling customers late at night to fight over a rating is genuinely bizarre and unbelievably unprofessional. Definitely not ordering again.

Didn't really eat anything here because while they say it's pet friendly, while it's barely pet tolerant. Pets aren't allowed on the couch or chairs and there was just one guy in the cafe (and no guests) and he seemed pretty petrified of dogs. So we left. No valet parking available either. Update in response to the owner: feel free to check your camera. There was no valet staff. And only one server who said she can't sit up. We have an indie, so shedding isn't an issue - any pet "friendly" place would know that. Besides, for any breed, sitting next to us isn't exactly how you avoid fur from going into food. Other genuinely pet friendly places wouldn't be okay with it then. Maybe we were just lucky to visit at a 'good' time. ๐คฆโโ๏ธ

The first time i got a taste of their food was through swiggy. This time i finally made it to dine in. With wife and son. Everyone loved their food so it was worth it. I have to try more dishes next time.

Usually I order a takeaway. Their Butter truffle scrambled eggs were really good but the last two times I've ordered, I could barely taste the truffle. Cost cutting or change in chef or a cheaper alternate to truffle flavourings, whatever it is, they need to get back to what has been always popular.

I order atleast 2 or 3 times a month from this place. I can guarantee that NO OTHER PLACE serves Continental food better than Once Upon a Dine. I've been ordering from this place for the past 2 years and I have literally tasted EVERYTHING. If anyone's new, you can try from these. These are my top 5 favourites :- Number 5 spot Smoky Bbq Chicken Focaccia Sandwich With Fries :- The name says it all. Number 4 spot Canadian Poutine fries - It's fries which comes with melted cheese by default. What you have to choose is the sauce. Either the Barbeque Sauce or the Chipotle Sauce or a combination of both. You can add chicken to it if you want Number 3 spot. It's a tie for this spot between these 4 dishes. It's the chicken base & the sauce which varies. The common part is the sauteed veggies and mashed potatoes OR sauteed veggies and herbed rice 3a) Grilled Chicken In Spicy Peri Peri Sauce - For those who like it spicy 3b) Chicken In Creamy Mushroom Garlic Sauce - For those who like mushroom 3c) Grilled Honey Mustard Chicken - For those who like a little sweetish tinge in their meals 3d) Cajun Spiced Grilled Chicken - It's a good dish altogether. Number 2 spot Crunchy Chicken Wrap :- Trust me guys, you gotta order this. It's truly crunchy coz of the chicken and the extremely fresh lettuce and it tastes phenomenal NUMBER 1 SPOT ( I'll leave a picture of this dish) Chicken Parmesan :- YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS BEFORE YOU DIE. And I'm not even kidding. If anything that'll bring you back AGAIN & AGAIN to this restaurant, it's gonna be the CHICKEN PARMESAN. Words will fall short to describe this dish but still I'll try. It consists of breaded chicken breast covered in red pomodoro sauce and mozzarella & Parmesan Cheese. It's served along with veggies and mashed potatoes After a long time I had been for dine-In instead of home delivery via zomato/Swiggy, so I'm leaving the picture of the Chicken Parmesan
