This place reinforces that idea beautifully. Their cashew cheese is truly top-notch. Itโs different from dairy cheese, but in a way that feels like an upgrade rather than a compromise. Everything tastes thoughtfully crafted. The flours they useโmillets or emmer wheatโare light and easy to digest, which you can actually feel after the meal. And the dessert? Easily a 7-star experience. What stands out is their commitment to making everything in-house, using natural ingredients as much as possible. It shows in every bite. Absolutely loved this cafe. I tried the vegan pizza and vegan burger and both were incredible, easily the best vegan versions Iโve had. The food tasted fresh, flavourful, and perfectly prepared. The vibe of the place is very peaceful and cozy, making it a great spot to relax. The ownerโs passion for promoting compassion and treating all species with dignity really shows.
