The food was absolutely delicious, and the place was neat, clean, and had really good vibes—perfect for meeting up with friends and family. A special mention to Mr. Alex Fernandes for his excellent service. He was attentive, courteous, and made our visit even more pleasant. Highly recommend this place for a great dining experience!

The ambiance was elegant and well-maintained, with a calm and comfortable atmosphere—perfect for both business meetings and relaxed meals. The service was excellent, as expected from a hotel setting. The staff were professional, courteous, and attentive without being intrusive. They were also helpful in recommending dishes from the menu. The food quality was impressive. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted fresh and flavorful. The menu offered a good variety of options, catering to different preferences. While the prices were slightly on the higher side, it felt justified given the quality, service, and overall experience. We had a wonderful dining experience at Soul Restaurant, Hotel Oriental Residency, Khar. It was a lunch Innerwheel meeting. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every dish reflected great quality and care. What truly made the experience exceptional was the impeccable service. A special mention to Mr. Arun Shetty (Supervisor) and Mr. Ravi Tandel (Manager) for their attentive leadership and warm hospitality. They ensured everything was seamless and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Kudos also to the servers Sapan, Sunil, and Virendar for their courteous, prompt, and friendly service. Their professionalism and positive attitude added greatly to our dining pleasure. Highly recommend Soul Restaurant for both excellent food and memorable service. We look forward to visiting again!
