Nice Malvani Thalis...Remember the correct Malvani Thali is Mix match..I.e if you order for Prawn Thali...you should get fried prawns, Prawn Sukka, Jewla, bangda curry or some other fish curry, rice , roti, papad and kokum...so ask for the mix match..this restaurant gives you that....it is pocket friendly and delicious...

It's the worst place to have fresh sea food. Don't waste your hard earned money, the restaurant next to this serves better food then this. Let me share my honest experience with this restaurant, I do not wish to put any business down before giving them a chance to do service recovery. Which I did. I visited a few months back ordered a sea food plate surmai and the gravy was watery and not at all tasted anywhere close to malvan food. I gave the feedback to the owner. I visited today as I was craving to eat good budget friendly sea food. And i ordered a Bombil thali for rs 260. And fresh lime soda for rs 40. After eating the fish, I could make our that The bombil was staled and was kept in refrigerator for days. This showed in the taste and texture. Me being a sea food lover who always prefers to eat sea food outside could easily make out the difference between a decently fresh fish and a staled fish. I informed the service boy, he went inside the kitchen and the cook argued it is fresh and denied doing any exchange. I asked to speak to the owner and the owner was not present as well at that time. The serving guy was doing his job of delivering the information, but the cook is rude and the owner is just making money by selling stale fishes to people who doesn't know the taste of a malvan food. Stay away or you might get typhoid or food poisoning from this restaurant.

Very good place for seafood! We tried the Prawns Masala fry and mutton masala Thali both bursting with flavours. Pricing is ideal for quality and quantity. The restaurant isn’t too big, it has both outdoor and AC seating. It is located right outside Khar station (west), finding parking could be a challenge.
