They are a fraud company. No efforts are done to recover npas. I have lost more than 5 lack because of them. If you ask customer care they abuse you.

I have not received my investments for more than 2 years now. Their customer support clearly clarified today they don’t have any specific timeline of when the lakhs of money invested will be returned and their collection teams are pursuing the borrowers which has been their excuse since 3 years. Extremely disappointing experience. The platform makes P2P lending look safe and predictable, but the reality is very different. Returns are far below expectations, repayments are inconsistent, and once borrowers start defaulting, recovery becomes uncertain. What’s most concerning is that even so-called “conservative” portfolios are not immune - capital itself can be at risk. Initial payouts may create a false sense of comfort, but long-term performance tells another story. Support responses are unhelpful and even they don't have visibility into when they'd be able to recover the funds. Strongly advise staying away from this platform, and from P2P lending in general, unless you fully understand the default and capital-loss risks involved.
