Very worst experience with the staff and technician team. There was an issue with the game, and when I asked the staff for help, the first response I got was, “Inform the technician, not me.” Amazing customer service standards. Even after I personally found the technician and explained the issue properly, he barely looked into it. We politely asked for either a refund or at least some game compensation since we had already spent so many points on that game and clearly know how to use it. But instead of helping, the technician arrogantly replied, “Who told you to play this game?” and “Don’t play this game.” Seriously? Then why keep the game active if customers are not supposed to play it? We even purchased a Gold Card worth ₹10,000 from the reception, expecting premium service, but instead got rude behavior and zero accountability. Rather than solving the issue, your staff questioned us for playing the game itself. Absolutely unbelievable. I have visited many Timezone venues like Oberoi, Inorbit, R-City, Capital Mall, Growel’s, etc., and never experienced such pathetic customer service anywhere else. This branch has completely ruined the experience for me and my nephew. The Venue Head, Prabhat, seriously needs to look into the behavior and attitude of the staff here. Customers are spending money to enjoy, not to get insulted for using the games available at the venue. Truly disappointing. Negative rating from my side.
