My father was admitted after battling a serious infection for several days and required immediate medical attention. From the moment he arrived, the hospital team acted quickly and thoroughly. The doctors conducted a comprehensive diagnosis, identified the bacteria causing the infection, and started the right treatment without delay. What impressed our family most was the level of care shown by everyone involved. The doctors, nurses, support staff, and even the cleaning team treated my father with kindness, respect, and genuine concern. Beyond treating the infection, the team focused on helping him regain his strength and recover comfortably. No stone was left unturned during his stay. Every necessary test was completed, his condition was closely monitored, and we were kept informed throughout the process. Thanks to the excellent care he received, my father made a remarkable recovery and was discharged after just four days. We are deeply grateful to the entire team for their dedication, compassion, and professionalism. While buildings and facilities are important, it is the people who make a hospital exceptional, and this hospital truly excels where it matters most.

Absolutely shameful and horrifying experience. I called...

Absolutely shameful and horrifying experience. I called the hospital in the middle of the night asking for an ambulance for my father during a medical emergency. Instead of helping, they kept me on hold and slowly kept reciting a phone number to call myself while I was trying to manage my father’s condition. The hospital was barely 7 minutes away, yet the ambulance took around 30 minutes to arrive at 2 AM. Those minutes matter in an emergency. And the nightmare did not end there. After reaching the hospital, there was no stretcher ready, no emergency staff attending immediately, and we literally had to shout for help while bringing in a critical patient. Most shocking of all, the ambulance did not even have a proper oxygen mask available. No family should ever have to go through this level of negligence during a life-and-death emergency. A hospital that advertises emergency care should at the very least have a functioning emergency response system, trained staff ready to act, and properly equipped ambulances. I would strongly urge people to think twice before depending on this hospital in a real emergency situation.

I sincerely thank the doctors. nursing staff and all Mausi’s (house keeping staff) at Hospital for their outstanding care and support. The doctors and sisters were professional, attentive, and reassuring throughout the treatment. Special thanks to all Sisters for her kindness, dedication, and round-the-clock care. There compassion made a difficult time easier l. The hospital’s cleanliness, prompt service, and supportive staff truly reflect the commitment to patient well-being. We are deeply grateful. At the end of treatment cycle, Doctors and staff Incharge did also came to meet us for further possibilities of improvement in services which was very proactive steps by Hospital management.
