The care given is really good. My mother was admitted here. They give personalized attention and good care. The doctors are well experienced, attentive and explain you everything properly. The staff is very helpful when it comes to solving any problem. You are not allowed to get your food. So, if you are a patient's relative, as a local guide I would suggest don't fall for canteen food. The canteen food mostly offers biscuits and stuff like misal pav vada. 1-2 protein bars which are processed. There is a seperate menu from which you can order food which offers options like Khichadi and dahi which are decent. Because, when your relatives is admitted in the hospital neglecting your own health and falling for sugary oily food may not be a good option. I would suggest they have seperate menu, which you will need to call a number and ask for, there you get better options than the processed food. There is personalised dietician assigned to each patient. She mostly gives balanced options for the patients. I had seen Marie Biscuit in my mom's diet. I personally don't want my mom to eat biscuits with palm oil in it. So, she switched the snack. So, if you have special preferences. You can always communicate. One more suggestion to the hospital. If you have a room patient's relative mostly gets assigned bed. But if the patient is in the ICU there is no assigned bed for the patient's relative. Which is mostly offered in some other hospitals. So, that could be added.
