Very irresponsible people. They don't want customers to be happy. They promise some thing which they don't follow. From last 2 months technical engineer is supposed to visit our site to check how many cameras we need. Very lazy and irresponsible people.

Hi, I'm utterly disappointed with quality of Hikvision product. I had purchased this 8ch DVR - RMA request attached. Within just 2 months it stopped working - btw I use a stabilizer and UPS as well. It's evident, Hikvision products are poor quality and not reliable at all - this is supposed to be for security systems afterall which must be reliable!! I need a new box piece replacement. Simply pathetic - support email and phones don't work at all.
