I own a Predator Neo 16 (a gaming laptop), and one of my keys' attachment was broken. I called literally every service centre, even the Acer service centres and those suckers said i have to change the whole keyboard ranging from 6600 and above and were not giving me any solutions. But this SS Computer shop owner agreed to do it and gave it a shot. After many attempts he was finally able to fix it. The key is working fine. He handled it very patiently and professionally and didn't give up easily. If you have any high-end laptop or any heavy setup pc you can totally count on this guy with your device. He charges a very reasonable amount and takes his job very seriously unlike those suckers who just wants to get money out of you.
