I had a fantastic experience here! The food was quite delicious, but the bar program really stands out—the cocktails are crafted with fresh seasonal fruit and are exceptionally well-balanced. The highlight of the night was definitely the Baklava. The presentation was stunning; it was served with rose petals dried right at the table using dry ice, creating a beautiful theatrical effect. It tasted as good as it looked! Highly recommended for anyone looking for great flavors and a bit of "wow" factor.

I wonder ppl have very low flavour expectations or are we too selective ? middle Eastern is such flavourful cuisine but not even 1 dish was wow for us or our guests. overall we all didn't enjoy. not VFM at all. no assorted mezze platter is too disappointed. not recommended at all. food review muhammara - very sweet, balance not great. pita was good. stuffed falafel- very dry. overrrrrr priced 865 for 5 small. I mean seriously? herbs spices all seemed lacking. gozleme- very average. again seemed very bland.. veggies kofta or something- we all thought they are like tikkis but we got a platter of tandoor like veggies, paneer etc. ok ok cocktails- not balanced in flavour. grapefruit n ginger one seemed like a very strong ginger ale..the bartender was not too accomodating he defended it's ginger based to will taste like so...but manager told him to make changes still the ginger was alottt.. no grapefruit flavr at all.the other gin blossom was ok too strong herbal aroma...overall seemed waste coz we didn't enjoy either of them. priced at 750-900 per cocktail. orange drink mocktail was nice. bread pudding dessert umm ali was nice. n pita bread was good. rest made me wonder how can ppl ruin a good flavourfull middle eastern cuisine! never going bk. Staff was good.

Visited Bayroute, Juhu and had a wonderful dining experience. The ambience is warm, elegant, and very inviting. We started with cocktails like Mirage and Drink Like an Egyptian, both refreshing and well-balanced. The Tava Karides prawns were loaded with garlic and full of flavour. Bayroute’s signature Lavash Kebab was perfectly crispy and spiced. The Macarona Bil-Bechamel was rich, creamy, and comforting. The Chicken Shawarma was juicy and cooked just right. We ended with Knafi Jibneh, which was rose-kissed, cheesy, and perfectly crispy. Service was excellent throughout the meal. A special thanks to Pravin, Shahid, and Kimbal for their attentive and courteous service. They truly made the experience even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend Bayroute for a great Middle-Eastern meal in Juhu.

Dinner at Bayroute with my mom recently was a fantastic experience, especially since it was our first visit here. The restaurant impressed us instantly with its tasteful interiors and calming ambience, making it ideal for a relaxed dinner. The service complemented the setting beautifully. Thanks to Shadab, who was taking care of our table. He was attentive and helped us with spot-on recommendations. . Here's everything we tried (Highly Recommend): 1. Sumac De-light: A beautifully balanced cocktail with half vodka and half gin. It was refreshing and presented beautifully in a glass dome with smoke 2. Rehan: A light and incredibly refreshing mocktail 3. Harissa Chicken Kebab: Chicken was grilled to absolute perfection and served with a unique cream cheese dip 4. Chicken Afrikaan: A signature Pide (Turkish flatbread) dish. It was flavourful and super comforting with just the right amount of spices and chicken chunks 5. Lavash Crust Chicken Kabsa: Soo loved this! It's an aromatic spiced rice dish paired with tender chicken and a crisp lavash layer that added great texture to the dish 6. Baklava: Finally, ended our meal with their signature dessert that was crisp, nutty and indulgently sweet . Overall, the food stood out for its depth of flavour with Middle Eastern & Mediterranean influences coming through beautifully in every dish. Everything was well-balanced, well-presented and soo delicious. A special mention for the restaurant manager, Mr. Gautam, whose warm and gracious hospitality added a personal touch to our dining experience 😊 . Bayroute delivers on every front, be it ambience, food, drinks and service. It's worth a visit!
