I have been a regular at their store. Bought some pieces during my last visit to India. My mom is visiting so she went to get some pieces for me this year. I also told my friends here about their clothes and quality, and they also wanted to place orders. Their clothes are decent and good quality. A little overpriced, but I would think they charge for the quality so that’s okay. But my parents had the worst experience. If I was there I would have gone to the store to talk to the owner! The tailor outside is extremely rude and the owner supports him completely! My parents bought two pants for me and asked the tailor to attach some extra fabric in the fork. The guy who works there said you have to pay 100. After waiting for 45 mins the tailor comes to my parents and asks for another 50Rs more. And in an extremely rude way. Almost yelling at my mom! The owner just sat there and saw all this. What is worse is that he ABUSED my parents as they walked out of the store! Like used VULGAR LANGUAGE! Never would I recommend anyone to step foot in this store. I had high respect for the owner, but turns out he is okay with his staff and people he works with abusing people! If it’s your store, you try to make sure people are not ABUSED there at least! Especially WOMEN! YOUR CLOTHES ARE NOT WORTH MY PARENTS DIGNITY!
