This brand is extremely disappointing and not customer-friendly at all. Their policies feel overly focused on making money rather than supporting customers. The sizing is highly inconsistent—kurtas and pants don’t follow any reliable standard, so you simply can’t trust what you’re ordering. On top of that, they charge for returns and exchanges, and instead of refunding your money, they issue coupons—essentially holding your money hostage. Their claim of “hassle-free returns and exchanges” is misleading; the entire process is complicated, frustrating, and full of unnecessary hurdles. I recently purchased a kurta set from Mashroo, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality. The kurta itself looked fine, but the pants tore after just one use, which is completely unacceptable for a new outfit. I expected much better durability from this brand. This experience has been frustrating, and I would not recommend buying from Mashroo based on the poor quality I received.

I came in specifically asking for the the printed modal hijab. And I was told by the lady present at that time that they are left with just one. I asked her to show it to me and she handed it over to me. While I was checking the quality I asked her whats the price she said 750. I asked her if there are some plain ones she said yes and showed me some. I decided to take the printed one and we Gpayed 750 and she then told me that its for 1200 and 750 was for plain ones. I felt that was really misleading. I ended up paying 1200 but I think its way over priced. I live in North American and I get these printed Modal hijab for the same price, it would even be better quality. I found some other online stores in india selling it for 800, i just didnt have enough time to order it. Also after getting it I spoke to my cousin who lives there, she said same thing happened to her she bought couple of things and ended up with a bill of 7k, and then decided to never visit the place again. Also, everytime you buy things the seller is quite insisting of google review, happened with me and my cousin too. So Dont trust all of these reviews blindly. Visit and experience yourself. But according to me its overpriced! Also, as a marketeer, I can Guarantee majority of thesereview are pure SEO coded marketing.
