A special thanks to Dr. Pankaj Gandhi, who performed my sister's surgery successfully. He explained everything clearly before the operation, answered all our questions patiently, and gave us confidence throughout the treatment. His experience and caring approach made us feel that my sister was in safe hands. I would also like to appreciate Mr. Akash for his excellent support and service. He helped us at every step, whether it was admission, paperwork, billing, or any hospital-related queries. Whenever we needed assistance, he was available and guided us properly. His cooperative and helpful nature made the whole process much easier for our family. The hospital staff was polite, supportive, and professional. Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency at. I was never introduced to the lead physician, and it was impossible to know who was actually responsible for my treatment. The primary focus seemed to be on financial transactions rather than patient care. I received an itemized bill only after multiple requests, which revealed charges that were not clearly explained beforehand. I would not recommend this facility to those looking for transparent and patient-centric healthcare.

I would specially mention of Mr. Akash Bhuvad, who went above and beyond to assist us during admission, discharge, and final billing. He was in constant touch throughout, always available whenever needed, and ensured that everything was handled efficiently. His dedication and support truly made the experience much easier for us. A Dr. Pankaj Gandhi for his excellent diagnosis and treatment. He explains everything in detail, listens patiently, and gives you the confidence that you’re in the right hands. His expertise and calm approach make a big difference for patients and their families. My treatment was done within 24 hours. They released me on time in view of Diwali.
