I want to sincerely thanks Dr Saurabh , Dr Shubham, Dr Nilesh and Dr Kusum and entire Tiwari team for the smooth and succesfup surgery. The doctors, nurses and staff were very supportive, profesional and caring throughout the process. Everything was well managed, and the patients excellent care before and after surgery. I underwent an open appendectomy for a perforated appendix at another hospital, but developed fever and severe abdominal pain afterward. A repeat CT scan showed multiple pus pockets, and I was advised a second surgery—which made my situation much worse. On a Relatives advice, I shifted to Matushree Gomati Hospital. The doctors here were extremely kind and reassuring. On Sunday, I had a severe pain episode, which was promptly identified by the on-duty doctor, Dr. Shubham. He quickly opened the stitches and drained the pus, giving me immediate relief. After this, my fever subsided, regular dressings were done, and the wound began healing well. Taking treatment here made me realize how experienced and efficient the doctors and staff are, which is very important for any hospital. I am truly grateful to Dr. Shubham Shukla, Dr. Nilesh, Dr. Saurabh, and Dr. J.K. Tiwari for their expertise and care. Thank you for helping me recover.

Dr. Bhakti Tiwari is a very senior and excellent gynaecologist. My experience was wonderful with her. She has in depth knowledge and unmatched years of experience and skill. She delivered my baby via c section and it was so smooth and a beautiful birthing experience. Dr Kritika is an excellent paediatrician who provided great care for my baby. I am deeply grateful to the nursing staff because of whom I was able to establish breastfeeding for my baby. The nursing staff is exceptional and I am so happy that Dr. Kritika never pushed me for formula or unnecessary medications. The entire staff is very good and that's only because of the core values of the owners who have upheld the notion that patient care always comes first.

They took great care of us and always made sure we were comfortable.
