โธป I would like to share my experience at Pooja Hospital, and I truly have no words to express how smooth and positive my journey has been. From day one, Dr. Pooja has been extremely calm, friendly, and always prompt in addressing my queries, which made my pregnancy journey stress-free. Considering my size, I was very anxious about delivery and had assumed it would be difficult. During labor, despite pain and some complications, I requested a C-section. However, Dr. Pooja and her team showed great confidence and support and ensured a normal delivery, something neither I nor my family had expected. Today, we are extremely grateful for that decision. I sincerely thank Dr. Pooja, Dr. Pankaj Shah, and Dr. Prakshal Shah for always being available and supportive. The nurses, maushees, and staff were also very caring and cooperative. Thank you for everything ๐๐

I have mixed experience about the hospital. First the negatives: 1. Not so great in terms of facilities 2. Rooms are okay. 3. Equipments are a bit outdated 4. OT was a bit small 5. Hospital does not have parking 6. You may not get the room you want Positives: 1. Very co-operative staff - Nurses/Maushis 2. Excellent Doctors. Dr. Pankaj Shah and his team is top class 3. They would prefer normal delivery over c-section 4. East to find. Its right on the S V Road 5. Deluxe rooms are great. Single AC is very cramped.

We are truly grateful to Pooja Hospital for the wonderful care we received. Our baby boy was delivered normally on 27 July 2025, and we cannot thank Dr. Pooja and the entire staff enough for the exceptional support throughout the journey. As a family, we were extremely tense and panicked seeing the mother in labour pain. At one point, we even insisted on a C-section. But Dr. Pooja and her team calmly reassured us, explaining everything with patience. They told us to trust the natural process and assured that a C-section would be done only if truly required. Their confidence and guidance gave us immense strength. Because of their expertise and care, we were blessed with a healthy baby boy through normal delivery. The support we received during and after delivery was truly outstanding. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Pooja and the entire Pooja Hospital staff for making this experience smooth, safe, and memorable.
