Jayesh Mehta - Age 63 years I cannot thank the team here enough for the incredible care they provided to my father. From the clean, spacious rooms to the remarkably hospitable staff, we felt well taken care of. I want to specifically thank RN Tejaswini Patil on the 10th floor. Her kindness and support went above and beyond; she treated my father like her own family. We also had a great experience with Dr. Bhadresh Dedhia, who was incredibly helpful in keeping my father comfortable and explained every necessary procedure and every diagnosis to us with utmost patience everyday. Dr. Jatin Kothari, who is truly one of the best nephrologists we have encountered also meticulously supervised my fathers care while he was admitted. Always quick to respond to our queries, even when he is out of office and has a GREAT team supporting my father’s renal procedures. Dr Kayan Sisodia supervised my dad’s cardiac procedures and had also earlier performed my dad’s angiography a few years ago. He is one of the finest cardiac doctors and above that, an extremely humble human being. He makes you feel completely at ease the minute you speak to him. Although the admin and TPA desk seemed a bit understaffed and could be improved, it did not take away from the phenomenal medical treatment my father received. Namrata from the TPA department ensured all my queries were taken care of. Grateful to the whole team for everything.

Our experience at P. D. Hinduja Hospital was truly excellent. The entire hospital management is extremely organized and efficient, making every process smooth and hassle-free for both patients and families. The doctors are highly skilled, compassionate, and take the time to explain everything with patience and care. A heartfelt appreciation for the nursing staff - Meena shirsat, Teju Patil & Aanchal who were attentive, kind, and incredibly supportive throughout. Their professionalism and empathy made a difficult time much more comfortable and reassuring. The hospital maintains exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and the overall environment feels calm, safe, and well-managed. The amenities and support services for patients and family members are also very thoughtful and comfortable. What stands out most is the genuine care and coordination across every department. From admission to discharge, the entire experience reflected excellence, compassion, and professionalism. Deep gratitude to the entire team at P. D. Hinduja Hospital for their outstanding service and dedication.

I had a small day procedure that took me to Hinduja Khar & I must say I came out of the whole experience feeling like I wasn't a patient but a client of the hospital. The hospital is efficient, clean & extremely easy to navigate but it's the staff that makes the place world class. Everyone from the team that took care of admissions, the day charge staff, the post surgery staff to the discharge staff were kind, gentle, courteous & efficient. They understand that everyone who comes to a hospital is stressed but they all made me feel so at ease that I felt completely at ease & confident that the staff was right with me every step of the way. I especially want to highlight the amazing day care staff- Vidya, Namrat, Aarti, Swapnil & Krutika. Dr. Sofiya who took all my readings and the helps- Sakshi & Meenakshi Maushi who ensured they were around when I needed anything . The anaesthesiologists - Dr. Christine & Dr. Shubam were so gentle & careful with the whole administration that I think I recovered faster due to that. Its odd to recommend a hospital but I would highly recommend PD Hinduja Khar for their attention to detail & patient care. Oh, Also, the food in the day care unit was incredible. Another added bonus I say.
