Pathetic management. Took an appointment with Dr.Sanket Rao (Pediatrician) for my 5 month old baby,and when we reached there Doctor was not available he left as there were no patients (mentioned by the lady sitting on the counter). In fact before leaving home we called and informed that we will reach in 20 minute the lady on the phone mentioned that he’s just arrived you come and then we left for the hospital. After informing also this happened, the lady on the reception is asking with whom you spoke to ,what was her name,what time you called,which number you called like seriously what kind of management is this ,where in the lady sitting on the reception doesn’t know anything and asking me all the details. Then she called the doctor even they were discussing who called and all the stuff i mentioned above. My husband left his work in between and we went to the hospital and this is what happened,seriously very unprofessional.

Service was excellent. Senior sister Lalita was made sure we of our comfort and solved even concern promptly. Over all the hospital support was great.
